Amazon has given the green light for the filming of two new seasons of the Quebec series LOL: Who laughs the last?
Comedian and actor Patrick Huard will continue to host the popular show in which star contestants attempt to make others laugh without laughing themselves.
Produced by Attraction, the new seasons will be shot in Montreal and will feature a new cast of comedians and comedians.
“As we produce more content for our French-speaking customers, we are very pleased to see that LOL: Who Laughs the Last? has become a big hit for Prime Video in Quebec,” said Magda Grace, Head of Prime Video for Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
For his part, Patrick Huard affirms that he was not difficult to convince “It brings me back to my adolescence, to this adrenaline of provoking a laugh for the sole purpose of having fun! For weeks people have been talking to me about it everywhere…laughing. And that makes me happy,” he said in a statement.
