the Treasury has extended to the telephone channel the implementation of procedures -such as the payment of debts, the query of liens or the filing of compensation – for users who identify themselves with the system cl@ve PIN. According to published Tuesday in the Official State Bulletin (BOE), having regard to that this id system account with “sufficient guarantees and conditions of security” extends the authorization for certain procedures and actions that had already been doing it for other channels to the telephone.
To ensure the identity, detailing the resolution, the automatic system enabled prompted with the NIF/NIE of the taxpayer and a data contrast (date or number support) after which, they will send you the PIN to your mobile phone. Then, the PIN code will be requested by the agent phone, after checking that it is correct, you will proceed to meet the demand requested.
Among the steps before the Tax Agency may be made, from tomorrow, 8 July, for this pathway are consultation of debts and liens, postponement and fractionation of debts, submit, or modify procedures, compensation, or payment of taxes (closeouts/debts) by means of direct debit.
