The Top Chef bistro: what does Stéphane Rotenberg’s restaurant look like?

It’s time to sit down to eat for Top Chef fans. Since 2022, Stéphane Rotenberg has been offering you an immersive experience, inspired by the M6 ​​culinary competition, in his bistro located in Suresnes. It is in the heart of the Hauts-de-Seine that the presenter opened the doors of his restaurant.

On the menu of this original concept? Several candidates revealed in the M6 ​​program offer a menu with their signature dishes “praised by the famous jury and by the greatest French and international Chefs”, indicates the official site of the establishment. From starter, main course to dessert: this iconic and tasty menu will tickle your taste buds.

Behind this project carried out in collaboration with the Bistrots Pas Parisiens (also officiating with the chef and host Norbert Tarayre), the bistro also allows customers to follow the program on a giant screen during their dinner. “From the start, we imagined the bistro as an extension of the show in reality,” says host Stéphane Rotenberg to Parisian. “We are going to push the concept a little further”.

Following the success of the first season, the Top Chef bistro is reinventing itself this year with a brand new project. Each evening, a candidate from the promotion of 2023 will offer customers a complete starter, main course and dessert for only 39.99 euros. “We are not increasing the prices to preserve the DNA of the place and this not too expensive formula”, recognizes the fifty-year-old to our colleagues.

The opportunity for Stéphane Rotenberg to meet fans of the program in his establishment. “I will speak with the candidate during the pub break, and we will come and see the customers at the tables as I used to do at the bistro”, adding. “We are here to discuss, we have so many questions about the shoot, we will tell you behind the scenes”.
