as part of the annual studentenwelkom in Leuven, on Thursday, eight people were arrested for public intoxication. They had the whole night in the cell here. Notify the university police department on Friday.
The studentenwelkom in the Old Market square, called in a traditional a lot of people. The city police continued with the twenty additional members of staff at a rapid pace. There have been several reports of a disturbance. It was mainly noise.
Eight people had to be in a cell sobering up after too much drinking was had. The police caught twelve wildplassers in the heart of the city.
