The Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas will host the Concacaf Nations League final next June, continental organization officials announced on Monday.

The winners of the four League A groups will head to Las Vegas to play the semi-final matches first on June 15. Three days later the duel for third place will take place, followed by the grand finale.

The United States team won the inaugural tournament in 2021, in which Canada was eliminated at the end of the group stage. Canada had finished second to the United States in the League A Group A standings due to a smaller gap between goals scored and conceded than their arch-rivals.

In the current edition, Canada (1-1-0) is second in Group C, behind Honduras (2-1-0) and ahead of Curaçao (1-2-0).

Holders of the 53rd rank in the FIFA rankings, Canada will visit Curaçao (86th) on Sunday before hosting Honduras (81st) on March 28 at BMO Field in Toronto.

The winners of the four groups will be ranked according to their respective performance at the end of the preliminary phase of the competition. In the playoffs, the highest-ranked team will play the fourth-placed team.

In addition, the countries occupying the first two places in each of the League A groups will qualify for the 2023 edition of the Gold Cup. If Canada earn a draw against Curaçao, they will be guaranteed a place in the Gold Cup.

The second edition of the Concacaf Nations League kicked off in June 2022 with 41 countries battling it out.
