The habits of health are basic to the development of any sporting activity, and so evident this new chapter of “The Candle, a school of life” of the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation, presented by Iago Lopez Marra, the crew member next to Diego’s Booty Olympic Team Spanish 49er for the OLYMPICS in Tokyo.

Lopez Marra, a member of one of the teams most controlled medically, thanks to its sponsor, Chiron Health, revealing the importance of aspects such as nutrition, absence of bad habits, and medical reviews as the basis for to the “machine” that makes success to an athlete: your body.
