After several months of competition, the three finalists will face off during a grandiose and royal evening hosted by Cyril Lignac, Mercotte and Pierre Hermé as special guests.

On the menu for the finale of this eleventh season, the candidates will have to take up three ultimate challenges: Cyril Lignac’s challenge around mirror icing, the technical test of Mercotte’s “inverted candlestick”, and a creative test to close this final in apotheosis. . At the end of the show, one of them will be voted the winner and will win the coveted trophy and the edition of their own cookbook. Who will succeed Maud, winner of the anniversary season in 2021?

Last year, Maud wrote her name in the history of the pastry contest by becoming the youngest winner of the show. 16 years old at the time, the talented high school student won over the jury with her creations, each more gourmet and creative than the next. “This incredible adventure has made me evolve, it has allowed me to meet inspiring people like great chefs but also friends. Coming out of this competition I have only one desire, to continue baking and sharing with you my passion”, says the winner on her culinary blog Les Gourmandises de Maud.

Since winning Best Pastry Chef, in January 2022 she published her cookbook entitled Les super patisseries de Maud. Very present on social networks, she shares her projects and culinary creations with her 151,000 subscribers on Instagram and multiplies collaborations. “I limit collaborations to have time for myself, I think I have found a good balance”, explained the high school student to the newspaper Le Parisien.
