Each year, the unmissable Telethon event brings together families determined to overcome their fight against rare genetic diseases… But also millions of French people who are present to attend the 30 hours of live on France Télévisions and increase the prize pool thanks to their gifts.
In 2022, the kick-off of the 36th edition of the Telethon will be given on Friday December 2, on the group’s channels.
On the program: two days of sharing, testimonies, exchanges and raising awareness, live from the Lendit studios (Seine-Saint-Denis)… But not only! This year, four French municipalities have been named “ambassadors” of the charity event.
Challenges, musical evenings, and even duplex shows: on site, many activities are planned. A way for the AFM Telethon to pay tribute to the mobilization of the territories.

On the weekend program, a live broadcast places François Rude on Saturday noon in the presence of Kev Adams, the sponsor of the 2022 edition, but also many workshops and activities: wearing owls, blind football (blindfolded), and cooking contest… See the full program here.
The Telethon promises to be sporty in Lorient, one of the event’s ambassador cities, with the organization of fitness, zumba and skateboarding classes, but also a sale of fish at the auction and a race for boys of coffee. The program.
In the Alsatian town, the time will also be at the party this weekend. Saturday, meet at the Dominicans for a flash mob in the presence of Claudio Capéo. Sunday evening, a closing party with great fanfare is also planned.
