After Sunday’s 80-60 loss to Purdue, Northwestern was left reeling. Guard Boo Buie was the Wildcats’ top scorer with 17 points. Pete was Northwestern’s top scorer with nine points. He took just three shots in just 23 minutes.
One thing to remember about Northwestern is that the Wildcats are good at not turning the ball over. This could prove problematic for the Wolverines who average 4.6 steals per match. The Northwestern opponent averages just 4.5 steals and the Wildcats give up possession 9.1 times per game.
