Ski jumping women: it feels good

Katharina Althaus (Oberstdorf) and Juliane Seyfarth (Ruhla) are flown at the Start to the ski year 2019 on the Podium. In Sapporo, Japan, the Olympic had to settle for second residential building on Sunday only to Norway’s Olympic champion Maren Lundby beaten. Seyfarth, who was in the first Jump on Saturday in the victory of the Austrian Daniela Iraschko-Stolz Second, came in third.

Althaus, whose winning streak was broken on Saturday after the three won the world Cup before the four-week “winter break” with the place, was after jumps of 126.5 and 126,0 m (210,5 points) significantly short of the previous day, the third Lundby (229,8/128,0+133,5).

Seyfarth (356), which had missed on Saturday, and the victory, with only 0.5 points behind Iraschko-Stolz, the equivalent of almost 28 inches, is three. Althaus and Seyfarth confirmed a good five weeks before the world Cup in Seefeld (19. February to 3. March) in its strong Form.

Ramona Straub (long nordnach) in Sapporo as the Seventh and Sixth twice in the Top 10, Sochi-Olympic champion Carina Vogt (Degenfeld) came to eighth place on the previous day on rank eleven. World Cup record winner Sara Takanashi missed out clear during a home game as the Eleventh and the Eighth, their first victory of the Season.
