Renaud back on stage: what does the singer look like today?

“Still alive, still standing…”, sang Renaud in 2016. And he intends to prove it. As the French artist celebrated his 70th birthday last May, the latter surprised his fans by announcing his return to the stage on social networks.

“In 2023, Renaud signs his big comeback on stage with” dans mes cords “, an intimate tour where he will be accompanied on the piano by his friend Alain Lanty and a set of string instruments”, begins the press release published. this November 18 on the artist’s Instagram page. “‘Dans mes cords’ will stop in 3 iconic venues in Paris, La Scala, Le Casino de Paris and the Olympia and will be on tour throughout France from the month of January 2023”.

The opportunity for the one who published his last opus Métèque to find his audience, according to the thirty concerts until next summer. From France to Switzerland crossing Belgium, Renaud will notably make a stopover in Paris in 2023. While waiting for the opening of the ticket office next Monday, the singer has also been talked about this weekend on television.

Last night, Renaud was one of the guests of honor at the 24th NRJ Music Awards ceremony on TF1. An evening exceptionally animated by Camille Combal (replacing injured Nikos Aliagas) during which the septuagenarian received a trophy in my hands from the singer Louane. Both present on the stage of the Palais des Festivals, the 25-year-old artist performed the song Mistral Gagnant with emotion in front of Renaud, supporting the young artist during her tribute speech.

With a style in jeans, dressed in his legendary red bandana and his sunglasses, Renaud thanked the young woman. “Thank you, thank you very much, it touches me infinitely” hesitantly before continuing his speech, thanking his record company. If we know the singer’s past health concerns, some Internet users have not hidden their concern about his state of fatigue. Back in pictures on the arrival of Renaud on TF1 in our slideshow.
