Each day is enough to remember. This Monday, July 4, 2022, the specialized site Rappel Conso announced the in-store recall of several batches of duck sausages due to detection of Salmonella spp, the agent responsible for salmonellosis. These are chipolata-style pure duck sausages and Toulouse-style pure duck sausages from the Les Thomasines brand, marketed between June 21 and July 6, 2022 in several stores across France. Here are the references affected by the recall:

People who have purchased these products are invited not to consume them and to return them to the store before Saturday July 30, 2022 in order to obtain a refund. If you have already eaten the sausages concerned, you are invited to monitor the sudden onset of the following symptoms: diarrhea, vomiting, fever and headache. “These symptoms may be more pronounced in young children, pregnant women, immunocompromised subjects and the elderly,” warns Rappel Conso. In addition, people who present these symptoms should consult their doctor urgently and report this consumption to him.
