“There’s no lower!” is the slogan of the new sign. “O’Caz”, from the major food distribution brand Casino, opened its first store last week, in Vals-près-le-Puy, near Puy-en-Velay (Haute-Loire), according to Le Parisien.

Serge Margaridenc, director of innovation and development at this company explains in the columns of the media that: “Our objective is to offer our customers offers at low prices, with regular arrivals.”

For this, the store offers “a little food but especially non-food”. It will therefore be second-hand and second-hand textiles, crockery, decoration, household appliances… At low prices.

Refurbished telephones, a toy department and hygiene and cleaning products are also included. “Prices can be up to 70% cheaper than new,” says the director. The target clientele is that of young people who want to furnish themselves at low cost, according to Le Parisien.

Particularity of the brand, the items sold will be different each week. Indeed, it will be supplied by internal stocks and a whole network of wholesalers. Its director, Jérémie Marini is already proudly announcing, given the success of the first garments that quickly sold out: “We are already planning to double the supply, with arrivals every 3-4 weeks.”

On the other hand, on the textiles side, for the moment, “only a women’s and children’s section is in place”, he indicates. It will therefore be necessary, for men, to wait a little longer before making some savings…
