(New York) Florida Panthers center Sam Reinhart, Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Martin Jones and Winnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck were named the NHL’s three stars of the week.

Reinhart led the league last week with five goals and an assist, while the Panthers posted three away wins and extended their winning streak to seven games.

Reinhart scored two game-winning goals to bring his total to seven this season – a Bettman league high – and his 13th power play goal, another league high.

He’s dominating the Panthers with 28 goals and 50 points so far this season, and was named to the NHL All-Star Game for the first time in his career last weekend.

For his part, Jones was 3-0-0 with a 0.66 goals-against average, a .976 save percentage and a shutout for the Leafs, who swept the road trip honors of three meetings in California.

For his part, Hellebuyck made three starts and contributed to three of the Jets’ four victories last week. He notably extended his streak of games with at least one ranking point to 12 (10-0-2), while the Jets (26-9-4) climbed to first place in the overall NHL standings.
