(Dallas) Joe Pavelski scored his fifth goal in two games since returning, Wyatt Johnston had a goal and an assist, and the Dallas Stars beat the Seattle Kraken 4-2 on Thursday night to tie the second-place series turn to a game anywhere.

Evgenii Dadonov added a goal and Tyler Seguin scored for the Stars, who, like in their first-round series against the Minnesota Wild, rallied from a home overtime loss in the opener to take their revenge before hitting the road.

Tye Kartye and Jordan Eberle rattled the nets for the Kraken.

Jake Oettinger made 25 saves for the Stars. Grubauer stopped 33 shots.

Seguin gave the Stars a 4-1 lead by scoring his fifth goal of the playoffs, midway through the third period. Seguin also got an assist in the encounter.

Game 3 is Sunday night in Seattle.
