(Los Angeles) Kailer Yamamoto broke the deadlock at 16:57 in the third period and the Edmonton Oilers prevailed 5-4 in Los Angeles on Saturday, knocking out the Kings in six games in the first round.
Working past the right circle and towards the blue line, Yamamoto shot without warning and beat Joonas Korpisalo into the top corner.
The Oilers will now face the Vegas Golden Knights, who have beaten the Winnipeg Jets in five games.
