The snow has not said its last word. For the week of January 30 to February 5, 2023, La Chaîne Météo announces fairly calm weather, despite everything marked by the passage of some rainy snowy disturbances over the north-eastern quarter of the country. In addition, a few snowy episodes are expected in places… Will the snowflakes fall where you live? We take stock in our slideshow below*.

Overall, the site specializing in meteorology announces a month of February drier and less mild than initially expected. “With the anticyclonic conditions, the weather would be good for holidaymakers, especially in the mountains. But this situation could lead to lower rainfall than expected”, notes the forecaster.

While waiting for the month of February, the weekend of January 28 and 29 promises to be cloudy and still very cold. On Saturday, we expect gray skies across the country, with some snowfall. “A few rain showers will affect the Channel coasts. Elsewhere, the sun could prevail, except in the Mediterranean, where instability will bring a few showers and a lot of wind, mistral and tramontane”, notes La Chaîne Météo.

Sunday, the wind will blow a little less strongly, and the sun will be from the part south of the Loire. In the north, the sky will be very cloudy. Maximum temperatures will vary between -1 and 10°C.
