Rafael Nadal has finished in the fourth position in the Absolute Championship of Golf in the Balearic islands to deliver this Sunday a card with 74 hits, 2 above par for the course of Capdepera Golf, after leading the final day up to the hole ten, where the Spanish tennis player deployed their best shots.
Nadal was put to the front of the provisional standings of the tournament spaniard with a birdie on the 9th hole that allowed him to tie in first place with Jaime Jaume.
But, while the winner of 19 titles on Grand Slams, he made five “bogey” on the last tour (holes 12, 13, 14 , 15, and 17), Jaume, to the dessert champion of the Balearic islands, it maintained its good level up to proclaim himself the winner with 70 hits.
In the hole 10 seemed that his triumph he could not escape after a “eagle” (two strokes below par), but from there everything went wrong for their intereres and was chaining error after error that left him out of the fight for the title.
Nadal presented a card with 146 strokes (72+74) in the two days of the championship of the Balearic islands, with a tie for fourth place with Alvaro Roldós. First was JaIme Jaume (141 hits), second Victor Voyeur (143) and third Federico Páez (144).
