Miss France 2023: photos of the official portraits of the 30 candidates

Thirty contenders vying for a coveted title. While the 93rd election of Miss France will take place on December 17 in Châteauroux, the regional candidates have been traveling since Monday November 21 in Guadeloupe for their preparation. A new promotion led by Diane Leyre, Miss France 2022, surrounded by an unprecedented trio: Sylvie Tellier who ensures the handover with the new director of the committee Cindy Fabre and the producer Alexia Laroche-Joubert.

Before flying away under the Caribbean sun, the candidates are given the traditional photo shoot for the official presentation. In front of the lens of photographer Bertrand Noël, they all posed in a luxurious dress signed Anacceli, with a pair of sandals by designer Roberto Durville. As well as a jewelry set from the Mauboussin brand to enhance their outfit.

Each one more ravishing than the other, the regional Misses owe their beauty to the hairdresser and make-up artist Saint-Algue and the make-up artist Sothys. A first exercise for these women who revealed their best profile to the photographer. But, there is still a long way to go before being able to claim the title. As every year, the candidates will have to solve the general culture test, participate in public activities and outings, or even learn to challenge on a podium and know the rules of decorum.

Monitored in their actions by the Miss France committee on site and the photographers on the island, the candidates (aged 18 to 26) must also respect a few rules. “Be careful, nothing is obligatory, we just advise them of the rules of life to protect them”, confided Cécile Bados to the Parisian during the trip of the Misses to Guadeloupe. Social networks, alcohol, group walks and other advice are given to them during their preparation.

Upon their return to Metropolitan France, the candidates will work on the many choreographed tableaux, on the theme of cinema this year, during an evening hosted by the historic Jean-Pierre Foucault on TF1. While waiting to find out who will succeed Diane Leyre next December, here are the faces of 30 candidates in the running for Miss France 2023. A favorite among the promotion?
