(Minneapolis) Quebecer Édouard Julien was traded at the AAA level by the Minnesota Twins on Friday.

Julien started the season with the St. Paul Saints before playing eight games with the Twins, from April 12 to 20.

A native of Quebec and 23 years old, Julien hit two home runs and drove in four runs with the Twins.

The second baseman hit .222 (six for 27).

With St. Paul, Julien hit .290 in nine games, with two homers and four RBIs.

The Twins also announced the return to the roster of infielder Jorge Polanco, who was on the 10-day disabled list.
