Meat recall: the list of departments concerned

Every day its reminder. Tuesday June 7, 2022, several batches of meat, marketed under different brands, were the subject of a consumer recall. The first is a batch of minced steak in a tray sold on June 2 in several shops such as Proxi, Carrefour Express, Spar, Coccinelle… The reason? Suspicion of salmonella contamination. People who have bought this product are invited to stop consuming it and to return it without delay to the point of sale in order to obtain a refund. The other meat recall concerns beef cooked in jelly from the Maison Giffaud brand. It was sold in delicatessens and butchers, but also in Carrefour, E.Leclerc, System U… This time, it is contamination with Listeria monocytogenes that the consumer risks. Here are the relevant references:
