The Australian association of professional footballers has Mathew Ryan, goalkeeper at Brighton & Hove Albion as the national player of the Year. This is the second time that the 27-year-old goalkeeper, is the recognition on the bag sticks out after 2015, when he was between the posts at Club Brugge was.
