For this second week of 2023, the government site Rappel Conso warns about the consumption of one of the French’s favorite drinks. Indeed, several red wine, fruity wine and rosé references are being recalled due to exceeding the threshold limit for sorbic acid.

The risks incurred by the consumer are linked to the presence of additives and flavorings which exceed the normally authorized thresholds.
