For this second week of 2023, the government site Rappel Conso warns about the consumption of one of the French’s favorite drinks. Indeed, several red wine, fruity wine and rosé references are being recalled due to exceeding the threshold limit for sorbic acid.
The risks incurred by the consumer are linked to the presence of additives and flavorings which exceed the normally authorized thresholds. These wines (the list of which is shared with you in our slideshow below) must not be consumed, but returned to the store in order to be reimbursed, on your customer card or by means of a voucher. . This start of the year is, moreover, already marked by numerous recalls, in particular on contaminated sausages, or on several bottles of water harmful to health.
