House first went out there for $2.89 million in 2011

Dame Joan Collins has finally found a buyer for her swanky Midtown pied-à-terre in the Dorchester.

The glam 87-year-old Brit actress/author and’80s icon — that earned household name status stateside as Alexis Carrington Colby on”Dynasty” — was last asking $2 million for the eighth-floor unit in 110 E. 57th St. at Park Avenue.

The property — smack dab on Billionaires Row — was around the market for a mere 52 days now around, in accordance with StreetEasy.

However, it first went on the market for $2.89 million in 2011. (Collins purchased it in 2002 but it isn’t clear for how much)

The three-bedroom, three bathroom co-op is 1,900 square feet.

It sports three exposures, a open living/dining room, space for a home office — and 16 closets, according to the listing.

The 21-story postwar building, which dates to 1957, also has a comparatively modest monthly maintenance charge of $3,637.

Collins had just finished quarantining after returning to London from the Big Apple, and was only spotted dining out in London with Piers Morgan, 56, and her Cuban husband, Percy Gibson, 56.
