An incredible villa that has something to envy. For several months, singer Jennifer Lopez and her husband, comedian Ben Affleck, have been looking for their perfect love nest in order to settle together with possibly their respective children.

A search that was not easy to do as there are hundreds of villas more beautiful than each other in Los Angeles, California. It seems that their choice fell on an imposing mansion located in the very chic city of Beverly Hills. This villa, which has ten bedrooms, was bought for the modest sum of 60.9 million dollars. This property, which had been for sale on the real estate market for five years, was estimated at $135 million. The sale price decreased over the months, reaching 75 million dollars before finally stagnating at 60.9 million.

The successful singer and her partner will only have to put down their suitcases as soon as they arrive since renovation work to modernize everything had already been carried out in 2017. Lovers will be able to take full advantage of their 1.13 hectares of land on which was built a sports complex of 1524 square meters in which there are a boxing ring, an indoor pickelball court and a sports hall.

Other conveniences bring a plus to this sublime residence such as a 47 square meter infinity pool, a garage that can accommodate no less than ten cars and additional parking on which 80 cars can be parked.
