Succession is assured in the clan of Inès de la Fressange. From her union with the Italian businessman and art dealer Luigi d’Urso in June 1990, the ex-model and muse of Chanel welcomed their two daughters: Nine (born in 1994) and Violette (born in 2000). Only a few years later, her husband died suddenly at the age of 55 of a heart attack at their home in 2006.

17 years after the death of their father, Nine and Violette have become two accomplished women. If the first daughter of Inès de la Fressange graduated from a double master’s degree in philosophy and theatrical studies, she also followed an artistic training and leads a career as an actress in the cinema (as indicated by her artist file of the UBBA agency, she starred in the films Le Paradis, I LoveAmerica and Le Successeur). While the youngest made her debut as a writer in bookstores in the spring.

On March 23, Violette d’Urso published her first novel entitled Even the noise of the night has changed, with Éditions Flammarion. A work in which the daughter of Inès de la Fressange investigated for three years the tragic death of her father who was allegedly addicted to drugs and alcohol. Interviewed in Le Journal du Dimanche, the 23-year-old author returned to her writing work.

“My father died when I was 6 years old. I could not write a story about him because it is made of imagination. During the writing, the imagination saved me. It constituted a luminous door. J I was able to escape, at regular intervals, from the harshness of reality”, she declared to our colleagues. Two days after the release of her book, the daughter of Inès de la Fressange was in dedication in the Librairie Galignani in Paris.

For this special occasion, her mother Inès de la Fressange and her big sister Nine were present at her side to support her. The “moved and amazed” former model and blogger shared her offspring’s talent on her Instagram page. In addition to cultivating a resemblance between them, the three women are full of talent.

And, the first repercussions of Violette d’Urso’s book seem satisfactory. “Thank you for all your messages and all your reading feedback! So fast!!”, she reacted this Sunday, March 26 in her Instagram story. “Thank you to all my friends you are the best! But also all those I don’t know who came yesterday (and some of whom are already giving me feedback!)”.
