An unknown man is said to have abused a girl in Vaihingen an der Enz (Ludwigsburg district).
The perpetrator is said to have approached the eight-year-old on Monday after she crossed a schoolyard and performed sexual acts on her, the police said. The girl was able to run away as a result, and the suspect fled in an unknown direction. The child confided in adults who informed the police. Police did not provide any further information on Tuesday. Officials are investigating serious sexual abuse.
According to police reports, the same man is said to have spoken to two twelve-year-old girls in a sexually offensive manner in the area of a supermarket on Monday evening. The two ran away.
In both cases, the children described the suspect as a man between 20 and 30 years old with brown hair who was wearing short brown or beige cargo pants and a gray rain jacket. He is said to have been carrying a red backpack at least in the second incident. In the first incident in the schoolyard, the man is said to have been pushing a bicycle, about which no further information is available yet.
