The feet are strategic parts of the body. Place these ends in wet washcloths. This will allow a general cooling of the body. You can also place a block of ice in a tea towel at their level to feel a sweet freshness for the evening.

It is also possible to take a lukewarm shower to start the cooling process. To optimize the effect, it may be interesting to lie down on your still damp towel.

Finally, an easy trick to do if you have a freezer: put your pillow inside until it’s cold enough.
