Gerard Gallant is no longer the head coach of the New York Rangers. The NHL team made the announcement via its Twitter account stating that both parties “have mutually decided to part ways”.
The announcement follows the team’s first-round elimination of the Eastern Conference Finals to the New Jersey Devils.
