Tick tock… You only have a few days left to return your tax return to the tax authorities. For residents of departments 1 to 19 and non-residents, the deadline is May 24, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. People residing in departments 20 to 54 and in Corsica have until May 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Finally, residents of departments 55 to 974/976 must submit their declaration by June 8, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. at the latest.
If you are one of the taxpayers who still use the paper format to declare their income, for lack of internet access or ignorance of the tool, you have until May 31, 2022 at midnight last deadline, the postmark authentic.
Next step: receipt of the tax notice. This will be available between July 25 and August 5, 2022 for those who have made their declaration online, while those who have completed the paper format will receive it between July 29 and August 31.
