Indeed, the Rappel Conso site published a product recall this Wednesday, July 27, 2022, concerning a batch of meat marketed in an Auchan brand between July 18 and 27. It is a minced steak sold in the traditional butcher’s department by the Auchan Tours Rabelais supermarket.

“Serious forms with neurological complications and maternal or fetal damage in pregnant women can also sometimes occur. Pregnant women as well as immunocompromised people and the elderly must be particularly attentive to these symptoms”, insists Rappel Conso, recalling that the incubation period for listeriosis can be up to eight weeks.
