Former LSU tight conclusion Arik Gilbert declared Sunday on social websites he’s moving to Florida.

Gilbert has been the No. 6-ranked potential in the 2020 course from Marietta, Georgia. He originally entered the transport portal site on Jan. 5.

He was fourth in receiving yards for LSU last year with 368 yards and 2 touchdowns on 35 receptions in eight matches. Gilbert abruptly chosen out on Dec. 9, and Tigers coach Ed Orgeron said in the time that he anticipated Gilbert to reunite in 2021.

Gilbert provides the Gators another outstanding pass-catching alternative at tight end. Kyle Pitts, who’s entering the NFL draft, was next on the team in receiving yards last year with 770 yards and 12 touchdowns.
