The reason why there will be so many hires in 2023? Certain sectors are under pressure, being in shortage of manpower. Lacking attractiveness, these sectors are struggling to recruit. Especially since “at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, the number of resignations in France reached a historically high level, with nearly 520,000 resignations per quarter” indicates the government site, Dares. This is “the Great Resignation”.
