With inflation soaring, raising wages seems to be a necessity. According to a study by the Alixio Group, reported by BFMTV, organizations no longer have a choice at this level if they wish to recruit.

An increase in pay between 3 and 5% is planned for 35% of the companies surveyed. 13% even indicated that they would go beyond the 6% increase.

This still represents an increase of 60% compared to the forecasts for the end of 2021.

The intensification of salary supplements is also on the agenda of organizations and companies according to this study. Thus, the increase in reimbursements for daily commuting costs to 31% and travel costs to 28% is to be expected.

In addition, the Macron bonus could be widely used, up to 52% by large companies, the study indicates.
