Emilie, a participant in season 6 of the program Married at first sight on M6, is at the heart of a mini-controversy. The young woman, on vacation in Cassis (Bouches-du-Rhône) with her mother and her 18-month-old daughter, caused a real “rant” on social networks. As Télé-Loisirs reports, she blames a restaurant owner for putting her out with her family.

“I’m super pissed off,” claimed Emilie in her Instagram story of Saturday July 30, 2022. According to her words, she would have been forced to wait a long time to eat, while her daughter was very hungry. To make her wait, she would have given her a peach. The server would then have intervened, getting annoyed at the stains made on the bench and insinuating that she did not know how to manage her child.

“My daughter, I only do that to run behind! How do you handle an 18-month-old child? You’ll have to explain to me”, protested Emilie on the social network. She would then have been ordered to leave the establishment without being able to eat and would have refused to pay the bill for drinks. “I was shaking, I said to him: ‘Sir, you’re kidding, there’s no one here who’s going to pay a bill, I’ll tell you right away!'”.

However, the version of the restaurateur, interviewed by Télé-Loisirs, differs from that of the reality TV candidate. The man explains that he kindly intervened, because the little girl “was wiping herself on the benches, they were everywhere!”. Emilie, whom the staff had not recognized at all, would then have gotten angry, “keep saying that she worked at M6”. The manager regrets: “She didn’t want to pay for her bottle of water, it was her mother who paid for it, and she left us in the lurch with the dishes she had ordered”. And to slip: “We all found it a little ridiculous …”

Monday, June 27, 2022, Emilie appeared happy in the last episode of Married at first sight on M6. However, her union with Frédérick did not last and quickly gave way to a divorce. Since then, the two ex-spouses have been arguing by messages interposed on social networks. A difficult summer for Emilie, who also witnessed, on July 26, 2022, the death of a person before her eyes.
