A separation that makes a lot of noise. As reported by our colleagues from People, Jennifer Flavin filed for divorce with Palm Beach County Court in Florida on August 19.
“I am sad to report that after 25 years of marriage, I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone. Although we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the relationship we shared for over 30 years and I know that we are both devoted to our beautiful daughters”, she explained to our American colleagues, stressing that she wanted “privacy” for her family.
Earlier this week, Sylvester Stallone had the portrait of his wife, tattooed on his biceps, removed and replaced it with the face of his dog. “Mr. Stallone wanted to refresh his wife Jennifer’s tattoo, but the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, irreparable. So he had to cover the original image with a tattoo of his dog Butkus, who appeared in Rocky,” explained the actor’s spokesperson to the Daily Mail.
The couple met in 1986 at a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California. The cult actor of Rocky and the ex-model said “yes” to each other in May 1997. From this union were born three daughters: Sophia Rose in 1996, Sistine Rose in 1998 and Scarlet Rose in 2002. Back to their couple photos in our slideshow.
