For seven months, Diane Leyre has been living a real fairy tale after being elected Miss France 2022 in front of her first runner-up, Martiniquaise Floriane Bascou. Succeeding the Normande Amandine Petit, the young Parisian is propelled into the spotlight, crisscrossing France with her crown and her title.
“People recognize us in the street with or without a scarf. That didn’t stop me from continuing to take the metro,” she told us a few days after her coronation. To keep in touch with her fans, Diane Leyre is connected to social networks. “I try to establish a ‘dance’ routine in the morning because that’s what puts me in a good mood and if I can bring that to others too…”.
