Diane Dufresne becomes the first French-speaking singer to enter the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.

The outstanding figure of Quebec song, jazz pianist Oliver Jones, country music star Terri Clark and the rock band Trooper will all be honored for their exceptional career.

The 78-year-old singer becomes the first Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee to perform entirely in French.

After being put on hiatus during the pandemic, the induction ceremony will take place May 18 at the Bell Studio at the National Music Center in Calgary, Alberta.
