Marthe Mercadier, known as the “queen” of boulevard theater, passed away on September 15, 2021 at the age of 92. The actress who had met with great success on the boards between the 1950s and 1990s left behind her daughter Véronique Néry. “My mom passed away this morning around 5 a.m. She had suffered from Alzheimer’s disease for several years.
