DeAndre Hopkins and Kyler Murray to play for the Arizona Cardinals against the Chicago Bears

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray was listed as questionable due to a lingering ankle injury. Coach Kliff Kingsbury said that Murray will be starting Sunday against the Chicago Bears.

DeAndre Hopkins , the Cardinals wide receiver, was listed as questionable due to a hamstring problem. Kingsbury confirmed that he will play. A source said that the injury and weather conditions could mean that the veteran may be used less often than usual.

The Cardinals and Kingsbury took a cautious approach to Murray’s situation in the week before the Bears game. This was due to Murray’s left ankle injury. Kingsbury stated that his quarterback’s status will be decided at the game, partly because of strategy, and partly because he still has the memories of last year’s tailspin during the final nine games.

Kingsbury stated that Murray was “better” this week, and added that he hopes the quarterback will feel better and be ready to go. Murray hasn’t played since injuring his ankle during Week 8’s loss to the Green Bay Packers.

Arizona enters Week 13 with a record of 9-2, which is the best record in the NFL. It also holds the No. The NFC West’s No. 1 seed and the NFC West’s No. 1 seed are Arizona’s best prospects.

Kingsbury has been extremely cautious with Murray in the past due to last year’s late season tailspin. Arizona went 3-6 after starting at 5-2.

Kingsbury stated, “I think we want this season to end the right way. And we didn’t last years.” “So we’re trying to be smart about this.”

Kingsbury wasn’t surprised at how long Murray took to heal. High ankle sprains can be “tricky.” Everyone knows this.

After being restricted Wednesday and Thursday, Hopkins was unable to make it onto the field for Friday’s open practice.

Kingsbury stated, “We’re just being intelligent.” We want him to feel great for the stretch run. So we’ll run him on Sunday to see if he can.

Hopkins stated that the two weeks he was off work because of the bye had helped him “a lot.”

He said, “Rest is the key.”

Hopkins, who has missed just two games in his career, before missing the last three, says he doesn’t think he’ll be rusty. He isn’t worried about how his hamstring will respond to Hopkins playing at full speed.

He said, “I know what my abilities are out there when I’m well.” “So, go out there and try my best to win this team.”
