Dancing with the stars: who is Alizée Bois, the new recruit for season 12?

A first in the history of DALS. This Friday, September 9, the program Danse avec les stars begins its twelfth season hosted by Camille Combal on TF1. An unprecedented edition where 12 new stars will put on a show on the floor of studio 217.

Facing the new jury made up of star dancers Marie-Agnès Gillot and François Alu, singer and finalist for season 11 Bilal Hassani and historic judge Chris Marques, the candidates will walk the runway with their respective partners. From samba to contemporary to waltz, they will give their all every week in front of the public and the viewers.

Dance fans will have the pleasure of meeting the troupe of dancers who welcomed three new recruits: Pierre Mauduy, winner of the Who will dance with the stars competition, Calisson Goasdoué (jury favourite) and Alizée Bois. The latter is familiar with competitions and dance floors since this is not her first appearance on television.

In 2010, Alizée was 8 years old when she took part in the fifth season of France has an incredible talent on M6. Accompanied by his dance partner Axel, the young prodigies amaze the jury and the viewers until the final and win the title. An incredible journey for the one who was coached by Grégoire Lyonnet, former flagship member of the TF1 show. “I am very proud to see two of my former students participating as professionals this year,” he wrote in the caption of an Instagram post, revealing his many memories with the two sisters.

Since then, Alizée Bois has added many successes to her track record: 8 times French dance champion, including 6 times in Latin dances, 1 time in standard dance and 1 time in ten dances… She will be a serious competitor for other couples, and in particular his big sister Elsa who had reached the finale of season 11 on the arm of the youtubeur Michou. Will she follow in her elder’s footsteps? Before discovering his first steps on the show, discover his portrait in pictures in our slideshow.
