The countdown begins. On September 9, the new cast of the show Dancing with the stars will compete on the floor of the mythical television set. A season rich in novelty that Camille Combal will present for several weeks. For this 12th season, new jury members will appear.
The singer Billal Hassani, who had shone as a finalist during the last season of the program, was chosen to join the members of the jury. At his side, he will find the historical judge Chris Marques as well as the dancer François Alu. Finally, the Star Dancer of the Opéra National de Paris and choreographer Marie-Agnès Gillot will also be there. Fans of the program will not fail to notice that the dancer and former jury of DALSDenitsa Ikonomova will not be present for this new season.
The deputy director of TF1 Production had mentioned his departure in the columns of Le Parisien. “We offered her to come back on the floor but her schedule does not allow it. She is preparing the choreography for a big film at the start of the school year and is working on another feature film,” he said.
For her part, the young woman had declared on her Instagram account that this program had changed her life: “I am very grateful to all the production of TF1 for having given me my chance to show what I was capable of”, said she explained and to continue: “I blossomed during 8 wonderful seasons as a dancer, coach and choreographer with 8 incredible people. So many beautiful encounters including the one with YOU the public. I take this opportunity to thank you again once for your unconditional support, your kind words and always delicate attentions which touch me enormously”.
