Coronation Street star Faye Brookes opened up to her fans about three traumatic experiences she recently had.

Kate Connor actress posted a photo to Instagram, explaining that she had experienced ‘lifequakes’.

The caption said: “It’s all about Lifequakes.” It’s true. Lifequake // Definition: An event that changes your life suddenly – such as a car accident or a serious illness or the death of a loved one. It can also be devastating to a building.

“Well, here’s the truth. In less than three months, I’ve experienced around three Lifequakes. It takes six months to overcome one. You never know what other people are going through. Anyone going through a struggle or feeling like they are in constant uphill battle

She said, “Give yourself some time. Let yourself feel. It will all be alright. It may not be right away. It will. Eventually. Be kind to others, show grace and keep your word.

Faye’s post inspired many of her followers to comment and share their love and support.
Helen Flanagan, a Corrie star wrote: “Hope you are okay darling” while another fan wrote beautifully: “Sending lots love and light will ensure that you have the strength to make it through this difficult time.” Sometimes, you can’t overcome a life-threatening event but you discover a new way of living.
