On April 17, 2023, the royal family unveiled the signature dish for the coronation of Charles III on May 6. For each event organized by the royal family, a new dish is presented. So, for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee last summer, a pudding dish was created. For King Charles III, it is a spinach quiche.
