(Montreal) The Minister of Labor, Jean Boulet, plans to table his reform of the construction industry this fall.

The reform will notably go through a decompartmentalization of professions to reduce their number. There are currently 25. The minister wants more versatility.

The Minister of Labor gave some details on his intentions Monday morning, when he spoke to members of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal.

He also said he wanted a more inclusive industry for women, First Nations people and immigrants.
