Companies: where is it good to work in 2023?

This March 9, our fellow journalist from Capital, Bruno Declairieux, publishes the long-awaited ranking of the five hundred best employers in France. For nine years, the specialist magazine has partnered with the Statista research institute to survey thousands of employees about their working conditions in companies. They are also asked about companies in the same industry for comparison.

2,200 companies are part of the survey. Only the first 500 are retained in the ranking. This study also allows companies to improve the working conditions of their employees based on the comments made. Many employers therefore refer to this survey to improve, and perhaps be part of the top 20 the following year.

As Capital points out, their partner institute for the analysis of economic data “has been undertaking a vast survey for several months on the basis of an online survey of 20,000 employees working in companies with more than 500 employees in France”. A score out of ten is then established to determine this classification.

To develop the note, two questions were asked of these employees without any influence from their HRD. The questions are:

The first question takes a more important place in the final mark. Last year, the French company with the highest score was the car company Mercedes-Benz. What about this year? Check out our slideshow below to find out.
