An 8-1 loss by Harvard University against Ohio State ended the season of one of the Montreal Canadiens’ brightest prospects, Sean Farrell.

It should therefore be expected that Farrell will sign a contract with the organization in the coming days. The 21-year-old forward could therefore end the season with the Laval Rocket, in the American Line, or who knows, with the big club.

The team’s 2020 fourth-round pick has been a stellar NCAA pick this season with 53 points, 20 goals, in 34 games.

The small forward finished second in scoring on the American college circuit behind Adam Fantilli, the potential second overall pick of the next draft and ahead of Logan Cooley, the third pick of the last auction.
