Who is the talented Claire Borotra? The actress is the daughter of Franck Borotra, Minister of Industry, Post and Telecommunications from 1995 to 1997. She is also the niece of Didier Borotra who was a senator as well as mayor of Biarritz and the granddaughter of Jean Borotra , a former minister and tennis professional who was nicknamed “the leaping Basque”.
Claire Borotra began her acting career in 1993 in the television series Premiers Baisers and on the big screen two years later in the feature film Daisy and Mona. then, the star multiplied the roles on television and in the cinema. Listening to people… I have worked as a volunteer in associations that welcome people without resources,” she explained and continued: “ I accompanied those who wanted to get out of it… And I continue to discuss with the homeless people I meet in the street. So I had no difficulty immersing myself in this dented course of life”.
