It is eagerly awaited by low-income households at the end of 2022. The Christmas bonus should benefit some 2.3 million households this year. Since 1998, it has been renewed and paid from December 14 by the Family Allowance Fund (CAF), the Mutualité sociale agricole (MSA) or Pôle emploi.

There is no procedure to take to benefit from it: it is paid directly by these organizations to the account of the beneficiary. All you need to do is receive the specific solidarity allowance (ASS), the specific training solidarity allowance (ASS-F), the pension-equivalent allowance (AER) or assistance in creating and taking over a business. for beneficiaries of the ASS (ACRE-ASS), as well as for people receiving remuneration for Pôle Emploi training (RFPE) or internship remuneration.

In these cases, the amount of aid is fixed, regardless of the composition of your household and it amounts to 152.45 euros. To benefit from it, your rights must be current for the month of November or December. New recipients registered since December must wait until January.

For RSA recipients, the CAF and the MSA will pay the premium from 15 December 2022. In this case, the composition of the household counts and can range from €152.45 for a single person to €457.35 for a single parent with 5 children.
