(Montreal) Boxers Simon Kean and Arslanbek Makhmudov will compete on the undercard at the gala featuring WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury and mixed martial arts world champion Francis Ngannou on October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This was announced by Eye of the Tiger Management, which oversees the careers of Kean and Makhmudov, in a press release Thursday morning.

For the occasion, Kean (23-1, 22 KOs) will meet former WBO world champion Joseph Parker (32-3, 22 KOs), while Makhmudov ( 17-0, 16 K. -W.) will cross swords with the Croatian Agron Smakici (19-2, 17 K. -W.).

“Saudi Arabia is a very special country for me. It’s always been a dream to fight there, so I’m very grateful to have this opportunity,” Makhmudov said.

In addition to the final between Fury (33-0-1, 24 K. -O.) and Ngannou (0-0), the semi-final will be handled by Fabio Wardley (16-0, 15 K. -O.) and David Adeleye (12-0, 11 KOs) in a 12-round fight. The preliminary fights which will make up the rest of the card will be revealed later.
